This sparkling punch uses fresh fruit and simple ingredients to create an elegant, crowd-pleasing drink perfect for holidays, brunch, or any celebration. You can make this bubbly alcoholic punch with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or Prosecco
  • 1 cup vodka (optional, for an alcoholic punch)
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  • Ice ring or large ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit: Slice the fresh strawberries. If using a punch bowl, place half the sliced strawberries and half the raspberries/pomegranate seeds in the bottom of the bowl.
  2. In a large pitcher or directly in your punch bowl, combine the thawed pink lemonade concentrate and the vodka (if using). Stir to mix.
  3. Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled Champagne and the chilled ginger ale or soda. Stir very slowly to keep the carbonation.
  4. Add the remaining sliced strawberries and any remaining berries or pomegranate seeds to the punch.
  5. If you are not serving immediately, chill the base mixture (without the Champagne and soda) ahead of time. Add the sparkling components right before guests arrive.
  6. Place a large ice ring or large ice cubes in the punch bowl to keep the drink cold without diluting it too quickly. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, skip the vodka and use sparkling white grape juice or sparkling cider in place of Champagne.
  • Make this a pink champagne punch bowl by using a pink sparkling wine or adding a splash of cranberry juice for color.
  • You can prepare the fruit and base liquids (lemonade, vodka) up to 24 hours in advance. Add the Champagne and soda just before serving to maintain the effervescence.
