Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional, for topping)
  • Sea salt flakes (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set this aside.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Melt the mixture in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until the chocolate is completely smooth.
  4. Gently fold the mini pretzels into the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture until they are coated.
  5. Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
  6. If you want extra texture, sprinkle the salted peanuts and sea salt flakes over the top immediately.
  7. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
  8. Once set, break the bark into pieces of your desired size. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, substitute dark chocolate or milk chocolate for the white chocolate chips.
  • If you want a richer peanut flavor, use chunky peanut butter instead of creamy.
  • This recipe is great for making ahead of time for parties or holiday treats.
